我的火光.

And yes, I really have been missing for 22 days! (Miss me?) I've been doing a lot of studying and my next midterm isn't until next tuesday so I thought it'd be nice to make a blog post since I haven't in a long time. After I make this blog post though, I will be doing Economics and Statistics homework so I can get that out of the way before my calculus exam (did I forget to mention that I have a economics quiz that day too? Noooo!!!)

I so far have written a Sociology Midterm and a Economics Midterm. Next week, I have a Calculus midterm on Tuesday, Mandarin midterm on Friday, and a Statistics one on Saturday morning (an exam on Halloween? what?!).

In these past few months I haven't really gone out much (let alone the time to) go out and have fun with friends. Kind of sad hey? But! Finally after so many months of being bored to death I was finally about to go out for Chinese karaoke (that's right, CHINESE KARAOKE! For once!!) with a friend and all of his Malaysian and Taiwanese friends. It was a really good night for me in my opinion because when I go out for karaoke with my high school friends, I felt like I HAD to sing English songs or my friends would get annoyed by me if I do, (Although I did sing 2 or 3 English songs when I went out for Karaoke >_<) but when I was out for Chinese Karaoke, I was finally able to sing the songs that I wanted to sing such that I wasn't going to feel weird to sing music in another language in front of people (Everyone else that was there was even singing with me during some songs!) Anyways, to sum it all up, I had a very good time and hopefully I can be friends with everyone that was there soon :) Now only if I could read Chinese a little better...I was lucky I passed off okay since I knew most of the lyrics haha although singing this time around, I sang pretty terrible. (Voice randomly cracks in the middle of singing or wrong notes) eep! And I don't even know if I pronounced the words correctly since Mandarin is not my mother tongue >_<>_< *hits self in the head*

Moving on to a new topic, I downloaded this CD called "Fall in Love and Songs" that belongs to the artist Fish Leong 梁静茹 (Liang Jing Ru) since I loved the song she sings in the opening of the drama series "Love Contract". This album was released in January 2009 so it's not very new, but I really love this album. Today I just came up with an idea to do during the winter break that I should try and do cover songs of all the songs in 梁静茹's album because I'm in love with all of her songs and my voice is suitable to it as well. Of course I will only be singing the ones where she is singing by herself since there are songs in her album that have collaborations in it. And next time I go our for Chinese Karaoke, I will sing one of 梁静茹's songs :)

MBLAQ. One of the hottest new boy bands that recently debuted in South Korea and they are managed by the one and only (AND sexy) Rain (Bi). I myself will be keeping a close eye on them and I think you should too ;)

Okay I think I'm done with all I have to talk about for today, it's time to get back to being a good student and do homework. For everyone else that is in the same predicament as me, good luck on your exams!
